I'm the founder of Ember & Tide. After years of being the person friends and family came to for holiday advice ("just tell me where to go"), I decided to make it official. I trained and qualified as a travel advisor, and Ember & Tide is the business I built around something I already loved doing.

I specialise in luxury family travel because I believe a holiday with children doesn't have to mean compromise. With the right planning, it can be one of the best trips anyone in the family takes — adults included.

How I work

I'm not interested in selling you the first thing that comes up on a search. I take the time to properly understand your family — your pace, your priorities, your non-negotiables — and use that to put together a shortlist that actually fits.

Every booking I make is ABTA and ATOL protected, so you can relax knowing the trip, and your money, are properly looked after.

I bring together a handful of genuinely well-matched options — not a generic list, and not what's easiest for me to sell.

Step 3 — Book with confidence

Once you've chosen, I handle the booking, paperwork, and protection, so you don't have to.

Step 4 — Support, start to finish

If anything changes or comes up before or during your trip, you have a real person to call — not a queue.
